From our first conversation to your finished website, here is how we work together.

Discovery call
We talk about your goals, audience, current website and what the new site needs to do.

Your content & assets
You send your copy, logo, brand guidelines, images and other project assets. A defined branding direction is needed before the homepage exploration begins.

2 or 3 homepage drafts
I prepare two or three homepage drafts to explore visual directions. We choose a main direction and can bring in selected elements from the other drafts or your website references.

Homepage refinement
The selected homepage includes up to two rounds of revisions. We bring the feedback together to refine the direction before moving into the rest of the website.
UP TO 2 REVISION ROUNDS05
Static pages
I build the agreed static pages using the approved direction. This stage includes up to two rounds of revisions for the full set of static pages, not two rounds for each page.
UP TO 2 REVISION ROUNDS06
CMS pages, when needed
I build the agreed CMS collections and templates. The CMS stage includes up to two rounds of revisions for the complete CMS set.
UP TO 2 REVISION ROUNDS07
Final checks & handover
We review the finished website, confirm the agreed scope and prepare for launch and handover.
What is a revision round?
One consolidated set of feedback on the current stage. New pages, a new scope or a change of direction after approval are discussed separately so the project stays clear for both of us.
